It is an encompassing enabler which sits among the departmental anchor systems to address the other critical functions and provide operations information as single source of truth to all stakeholders across the airline and its partners.

It’s customised, end-to-end solutions are aligned with airline’s priorities and aspirations.

It is nimble and scalable in tune with dynamism and expansion of the airline. It works in seamless integration with other digital systems of the airline.

Enterprise Digital Board for Operations

E-Board is an overarching digital platform for Operations information across the airline and its partners.

Live, authentic information from diverse sources and heterogeneous systems are available here as a single source of truth with proactive flags, alerts and deep drill-downs.

It serves real-time information on flights, from stages of D - x days till closure. Users can look back or ahead to get all situational information for flights of any day.

It provides a secure platform for collaboration and exchange of information among stakeholders.

Different stakeholders have own customised functionality, view, alerts and interface to address their distinct requirements. E-Board hosts several workspace modules as Dispatch Control, IROPS Notifications, Smart Movement Sheet, eACM. These are detailed separately.

Dispatch Control Board

Dispatch Control supports the entire sweep of functions at Dispatch covering flight preparation, release, following and archival.

DCB with its proactive alerts on changes, exceptions and deviations, with read acknowledgements, powers the efficiency of dispatchers.

Online Briefing Sheet enables systematic planning of briefing by Dispatch. ARIS provides tool and dashboard for dynamic fuel planning by managers for best fuel saving.

Regulatory requirement of flight following is enabled by auto monitoring and system alerts.

System brings digitised administrative processes as allocation of Dispatchers.

IROPS Notification Management Systems

ARIS IOMS brings best-in-class IROPS notification to stakeholders for on-time and quality information.

It addresses the crucial, time-critical function for both current and future changes.

Notification for IROP events are automatically generated and notified straight thru or by optional intervention of OCC Controller to recipient list dynamically determined by system.

Stakeholders receive notification with clubbed related events and rich contents for best information.

IROPS calendar shows all events of current or future day for ready reference to better help stakeholders in planning action.

This statutory notifications are maintained as register for audit and inspection purpose.

Smart Movement Sheet

System provides a collaborative platform where each key player gets all needful information and responds online.

Impact of new restrictions and pending compliances are alerted to all concerned.

System generates movement sheets with rich content and version control,manages online collaboration and email communications, and circulates

sheets to stakeholders.

Other large set of stakeholders have online view of latest movement sheet with smart value added information. They have both current and forward views for best awareness.

History and retrieval of published movement sheets are availed by ARIS.

ACM Travel Administration

ARIS eACM is an innovative solution for digital management of the process of ACM Travel.

The entire process flow from assignment of ACM to company security check at gate is addressed. The concerned departments collaborates on ARIS platform for their role in the process.

Sponsoring departments as Engineering and Tech Crew do assignment / authorization, Guest Services optionally assigns seats, Security checks ACM at gate.

eACM sends intimation of travel to Crew and concerned recipients. Changecancellation is notified to all. It tracks check in at gate for closure of transaction or auto-closure with due intimation to all.

Online history is available to sponsoring departments on travel authorisation,changes, use, and auto-closure.

MEL Publishing

ARIS eMEL addresses the statutory requirement at Engineering for earliest intimation of changes in MEL to all concerned.

On advice of Publish, latest set of current MEL is generated, with flags for new, removal and changes, and mailed by system to concerned recipients. On Publish, latest MEL alert is immediately reflected across other ARIS systems. At any time current set of MEL is available to Engineering with graded alerts on closeness to or past expiry.

Power search is provided on any information element to sieve out the related MEL. Online history and retrieval for all publishings is facilitated.

Fuelling Coordination System

Fuelling is one of the time bound critical activities in aircraft turnaround.

ARIS provides facility for on-line coordination between Dispatch/Engineering and Fuel Companies for on-time and right fuelling.

Fuel Company handling the flight sees all its relevant dynamic information online, with alerts on operational changes. It responds with fuel upload confirmation.

Advices and remarks can be noted and exchanged online by either side. System maintains record of these exchanges.

OPAS Delay Reporting Management

OPAS provides focused end-to-end digital solution to best serve the OTP management from Origination, Tracking to Review, Closure of Delay incidents.

It addresses the requirements of all stakeholders in the entire process - Ground Services, Departments, OCC and review meeting members.

Algorithmic derivation of consequential delay enables guided minimised input and error. Delay minimised at station is identified.

System provides collaborative digital platform for online reporting of, response on and preventive action plans for delay. It has processes for managing exceptions of disputed or redirected delay.

OTP Analyses and Dashboard

OPAS addresses the vital need of enabling speedy, easy and accurate analyses and report of On-Time Performance. It serves as the information power line to support the operations, control and planning in Flight Ops and other departments.

OPAS uses intricate analytical calculations on each and combined dimensions of flight operations to provide Daily Monitors, OTP Analyses, Flight Ops Statistics and Performance Charts on key performance metrics as TAT.

OPAS provides live interactive OTP Dashboard for insight to key performance indicators of OTP. The information is presented as a page of lucid information of tables and charts with choice of perspectives - Now, Recent, History.

Being interactive, the dashboard enables one to select choice of information from a collection of diverse summaries. It provides drill down on specific factors to see granular details in real time.

Fuel Management System

FMS serves to meet regulatory compliance and internal fuel policy management requirement of the airlines.

It builds up and analyses planned and actual fuel data for monitoring of fuel usage and uplift using multiple key parameters. Information is available in hierarchical tiers.

At the top level, one can view the macro variance over network or fleet. In the middle tier, user can monitor variance by key parameters as registration, sector, flight or crew. The last tier provides granular view for flights thru user criteria.

NOTAMS Management System

NOMS is a solution to address the entire gamut of tasks involved in Notam management and services in Dispatch.

It covers Sourcing, Processing, Reconciliation and Facilitations to enable best in class Notam services to all internal consumers of this critical information.

NOMS manages parallel sourcing for redundancy and does auto trashing by pre-set rules.

Notam managers have power tools for live monitoring, administrative intervention and reconciliation.
